Homeopathy Action Trust celebratory dinner!

Over 60 homeopaths and others from the UK and abroad joined the Trustees of Homeopathy Action Trust at a celebratory, fund raising dinner in London to mark the first year of the One Vision, One Voice initiative.  (More about One Vision, One Voice here.)

Filling the Refectory at the School of Pharmacy, Brunswick Square, London on Saturday 17th September, diners were entertained through the evening by the jazz trio, Jazz Moods.  Homeopathy Action Trust Chair Jacki Becker welcomed everyone with some brief words on the Trust's past, its present & future plans.

David Treddinick MP spoke on the political dimension of the future of homeopathy in the UK and warm appreciation was given for his championing of homeopathy in the House of Commons.  General Secretary of the European Central Council of Homeopaths, Stephen Gordon then led everyone in a chorus of 'Happy Birthday' to One Vision, One Voice.

Simon Taffler hosting Charity AuctionFinally, Homeopathy Action Trustee Simon Taffler conducted a lively Charity Auction, which raised over £1,500 for the Trust and included such items as a 1913 edition of the Organon, food books from Ottolenghi (the restaurant chain) and a bust of Samuel Hahnemann.

Our thanks to all those who very kindly donated items for the Charity Auction.
