Cancellations & Refunds

Please inspect any product bought from us immediately on receipt. If you are not happy with any product or service you have bought from us, please notify us within 7 working days of delivery. If you fail to do so you will be deemed to have accepted the product or service.

If you claim any product is defective or damaged, return the product to us. You will be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the product is found to be defective. Where returned products are found to be damaged due to your fault, you will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

As a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel any contract with us and receive a refund by informing us by email or telephone within 7 working days of receipt. The right to cancel does not apply to contracts for the supply of any products if you have unsealed them. Any products returned by you at your expense should be adequately insured during the return journey. You will receive a refund of all monies paid for the products (including delivery charges, if any) except for return postal charges within 30 days of cancellation. If you fail to return the products following cancellation, we will be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the products from you.

Refunds for other reasons will be given at our discretion. An administration charge may be applied to any refunds made, in order to cover the cost of processing the payment.
